Our goal is to make shipping as transparent and affordable as possible. It’s no secret that many of our competitors will tease prospective buyers with low
prices, only to make back their profits on the shipping. At AdultDiaperExpert.com we don’t play those games, we offer free shipping if you order $50 or more worth of product. If by chance your total is under $50.00 dollars, then we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95. Just because we have ridiculously low shipping rates does not mean that your order is put on the slow poke truck. Since Adult Diaper Expert.com has multiple distribution points, your order usually arrives in one to two business days. We offer same-day shipping when orders are place before 5:00 p.m. EST *pending credit approval.

We pride ourselves on giving our customers the best customer service, that’s why we stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee. Product can be returned for 100% credit without any obligation if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.  Product returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Adult Diaper Expert.com will only accept product returned within six months from the date of purchase. Additional charges may apply for product returned after 90 days from date of purchase. All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection. No credit will be issued for product that we determine cannot be resold. Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Due to health and safety issues, we are unable to accept returns on any washable or reusable products

No Sales Tax

We Love the Northwest and Oregon for many reasons including that Oregon does not charge sales tax on retail purchases. You can save up to 10% on purchases because we will never charge you sales tax.  

Viewing Orders Status

Depending on how you place your order you’ll be able to check the status in one of two ways. During checkout you should have been given the option to create a ADE customer account (if you placed your order over the phone we went ahead and created the account for you, because we care). Even though it’s not necessary, an account with Adult Diaper Expert.com lets you store shipping info, view your order history, and check the status of your current orders. Just follow the instructions that we emailed you to access your account (if you need instructions just let us know and we’ll get them to you asap!). Once you get logged in you’ll have access to a whole slew of fun information such as the status of your order and shipment tracking. 
Didn't create an account during the checkout process?  Now you will need to get in contact with us to get an update on the status of your order. Give us a call or email us and we’ll make sure you get what you’re looking for. ADE will always email you the tracking information on your order as soon as it is processed in our warehouse. We will notify you of any hold-ups in the processing of your order as soon as humanly possible.

Returns? No Problem

We pride ourselves on getting things right the first time, however, if we do make an error on your order than notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will immediately ship you the correct item for free. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Should you need to return an item, simply follow these two steps:
We will ask for the date of purchase, item number, quantity and reason for return. We will gladly provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the refund ship to address. The Return Authorization is only valid for 15 days from the date of issue.Email returns@adultdiaperexpert.com with the information above. Please write the Return Authorization Number on your shipping label. Return the item in its original packaging and original condition, to the address we provided you. You must have a Return Authorization Number to return an item. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
