I wear Abena x-plus diapers. During the day I am diapered with at least one booster pad and sometimes two. However I always use two boosters when diapering for bedtime. Even with a great diaper like Abena – there’s still the occasional problem of leaking (mot a lot in terms of volume) and it usually occurs when I sleep on my side. Sleeping on my back results in the least amount of leakage so long as I adjust my penis toward my crotch area. It makes for a wetter rear of my diaper but there’s slightly more padding there anyway. If I sleep on my stomach I am usually fine. I have on occasion worn plastic panties over my diapers. But I don;t like them as they are too tight around the legs. I prefer to use a waterproof covering on my mattress. I also wear pin on cotton diapers occasionally. These are excellent for night time. However plastic panties are essential with them. All said an done – I still prefer to be diapered in my disposable Abena x-plus diapers. (Posted on 1/25/12)

After being ran over 3 times in a 3 wheeler accident when i was 11 ,I have been incontinent to varying degrees over the years. I use the Abena X-Plus diapers , I have NEVER in over 6 years using them had a leak ! Before i found Abena’s X-Plus, I used Depends,Attends , Assurance diapers, and yes,when i was younger, even baby diapers Huggies, and Pampers which would leak often.
